Terms of Use

Definitions

“provider”,”we”, ”I”, “our”, “my”, “me” – refers to the developer of the applicaiton ‘Email sender’.
“application”, “App”, “Add-on”, “product” – refers to the application ‘Email sender’.
“user”, “you”, “your” – refers to You, the user of the application or the person who accessed the app ‘Email sender’.

Acceptance

By accessing Chrome extensions, Google Workspace Add-ons or specifically by using the application ‘Email sender’, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement or Terms of Service. This Agreement is legally binding between you (“user”, “you” or “your”) and the application developer (“provider”, “we”, “I” , “our”, “my”).

Changes and amendments

These Terms of Use may be changed in any way at any time by the provider without prior notification. The most recent version can be viewed at any time at the bottom of this document referred to as Terms of Use. The most recent version is the version applicable at any given time.

It is the user’s own responsibility to check this page for changes to our terms and change their agreement to said terms accordingly if required. We encourage checking this page regularly for changes. 

Any general terms and conditions from the user do not apply to provider in the context of usage of the application Email sender or our services. If one or more provisions in these Terms of Service are at any time wholly or partially invalid or should be declared void, then the remaining provisions in these terms and conditions remain fully applicable.

Disclaimer

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of the provider. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

Use of Service

If you create a Google account to use the Add-on, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Google might also suspend, disable, or delete your Google account if they determine that you have violated any provision of their Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage their reputation and goodwill (eg: if you are using your Google account and ‘Email sender’ to send spam or phishing email). We will not be liable for any act from Google on your Google account.

Availability

Product availability depends heavily on the availability and performance of Google API and other third-party systems (Data Sources or Data Destinations) you use for integration, the type of your Google Account, and established by Google quotas and hard limitations.

Fees & Payments

As for now, the usage of the app ‘Email sender’ available at Google Workspace Marketplace  is Free of Charge.

Support 

Support and automatic product updates are not guaranteed at all. However, you are welcome to join a community to raise questions or to check on the planned functionalities.  For the time being, the app is free of charge and you can stop using it immediately if you are not satisfied.

The provider has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its products and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply provider’s endorsement of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk. In such cases other Privacy Policy may apply for the site you have visited and I strongly recommend to read it if such exists.

Sharing of Data

We will not share your data with any third parties under any circumstances.
