What information do we collect?
The add-on Email sender for Google Sheets™ collects no data whatsoever from the users of the add-on. All the permissions that Email sender for Google Sheets™ requires are exclusively to perform the functions that the add-on provides and are required by Google.
Data processing by the app
The add-on Email sender for Google Sheets™ collects no data whatsoever from the users of the add-on. All data is stored only in the spreadsheet, which is the property of the user who creates it. In no case is the data taken from Google Sheets. Thus, data security is provided by Google’s servers. After installing the add-on and before it’s first use, the app will ask for the permissions as show in the picture:
This is required by Google’s security policy. If you cancel the access, the add-on won’t be able to run.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not collect data from the users of the add-on. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. All your files are stored under your Google account on Google servers. The source code of the add-on is reviewed and approved by Google. It is running on Google servers and in your browser only. No other programs, computers and people, servers and services, whether ours or third-party, have access to your files. You can be absolutely sure your files are transferred between your machine and Google servers. This process is managed, controlled, and secured by Google and you solely.
